About Sean

Product Designer, Dad, Yuboh, Aspiring Athlete, ENFJ & other things

Background

I’m a digital Product Designer based in Denver, Colorado. I live there with my wife and 9 month old daughter. Recently I’ve been taking a few months off to spend time with my family and work on my portfolio. When I’m not spending time with the family or working I love practicing Muay Thai, going on long bike rides, cooking yummy food and most recently have gotten really excited about my first home garden.

Over the last 8 years, I’ve worked in agencies, startups and large enterprise orgs across a variety of verticals. In recent roles, I’ve operated as an executive sponsored “agent of change” supporting large cross-portfolio reaching initiatives, improving stakeholder collaboration and working with Product leadership to kick-off or improve design processes.

My contribution as an “agent of change” was hard fought and has provided me with priceless opportunities to champion design in some of the most challenging cultures on their journey towards digital transformation.

A new career focus?

I’m in the market for a new role and looking for an entry level position in the emerging “Growth Design” space. I am extremely passionate about helping organizations measure the impact of their work. I see the quantitative experimentation practice as being the easiest way to connect design to an actual ROI.

I am open to other types of opportunities as well. Please contact me if you’re interested in chatting.
